Kitchen Manager/Hands on Working

Schedule: Part-time to full-time
We’re a brewery with a small, streamlined kitchen looking for a Kitchen Lead to help run daily service, support a small team, and collaborate on simple, creative menu ideas.

What You’ll Do
Work the line and lead daily food service
Support 3–4 part-time kitchen staff
Handle ordering and prep planning
Help develop rotating specials

Our Kitchen:
Small, streamlined setup
No fryer, no stove
Focus on prep, assembly, and quality execution

Good Fit If You:
Have line cook or small-kitchen experience
Enjoy leadership without burnout
Like predictable flow with busier weekends

Requirements:
2+ years in kitchen and leadership
Must work weekends and some holidays
Serv Safe certified or willing to certify upon hire
