How to make a Wet Hops IPA. Making a "Fresh hops" or Wet Hops beer can only be done once a year. The hops must go from harvest to kettle within 24-48 hours. This video shows how we go from cutting down the bines in the hop yard all the way to putting them in the beer. We use 100 ounces of hops per barrel.

After a long day of processing pumpkins at Twisted Elk Brewery for our pumpkin smasher beer, Tim Semerad (Brewery Executive Chef and outstanding musician) grabs his guitar and starts rocking out on stage with Brad Nuce (Brewer) to our new heavy metal song "Long Pumpkin Day" that we literally wrote while smashing pumpkins for the beer. The video features a lot of fun pumpkin smashing!

This is a fun Video we made in October for Halloween to promote our Pumpkin Smasher Beer. There is a pumpkin shortage in 2021 so The Twisted Clown and VooDoo Dude go around the neighborhood stealing & smashing pumpkins to take to the brewery and demand they make their favorite pumpkin beer.
At the end of the video, we show you our long & tedious process of how we make our pumpkin beer from scratch.

This is the first funny commercial style video we shot for Twisted Elk Brewery. Friends and family all got together on the fourth of July to have a party and we made this video up at the last minute.
